Go in Start, Control panel.
In option View by: mark by icons (large or small), and open or Firewall do Windows
On the next screen click Advanced Settings.
On the screen that will open go INPUT RULE (on the left side) and then NEW RULE (right side).
Choice Door and advancement.
Mark specific local ports, and put the door 3306 and advancement.
Mark allow Connection, advanced.
Select the rule that these options apply, if you do not know makes all marked.
Now just choose the rule name, We recommend placing Tagcomercio so it is easy to locate later.
Do the same process above, for RULE OUT.
