Dvr KOC 8808 does not accept password, shows error code:813D54, even typing wrong password dozens of times only presents this same error, it doesn't show a QR code or anything like that, that's all there is, There is a label on the inside plate with the model: AT-T3520DH-8S, I even downloaded a firmware for this model but I didn't have an explanation on how to introduce this data into the equipment, if it was via usb or if you had to remove the memory chip and rewrite externally
