  8. I have this DVR and I can't untie the old cell phone number. I want to have control over my new cell phone with a new number, I can't do anything because it's linked to the old number that I no longer have access to.       Register an account in the app, connect the phone to the wifi that is on the same network as the DVR. Do the procedure of scanning the QR code, the app will tell you that it is already registered in another account and will give you the option to unlink; enter the unlink option and follow the steps informed on the screen. Remembering that this only works if the phone is connected to the same network as the DVR.
