To unlink the DVR from this other account, your cell phone must be connected to the same modem/router as the DVR. When you are on the same network and do all the procedure of adding the DVR to your account, the option to unlink the equipment from the old account will appear.

sure. To unlink the cell phone must be on the same network as the DVR. So, connect your cell phone to the same router the DVR is connected to; Enter the app, scan the QR code and when you get to this screen you select “unpair device”.

After doing this I put the master password of the DVR but the application does not accept… I can access the DVR with the password and through the browser on the same network I can also access with the master password, only in the application that gives incorrect password or communication failure.
