Follow them 3 steps:

  1. Try to login with the wrong password 5 times.
  2. Take a picture of the error message that will appear, including the full screen.

      Register an account in the application, connect the cell phone without wifi that is in the same network as the DVR. Do the scan or QR code procedure, the app will tell you that you are already registered in another account and will give you the option to unlink; Enter the unlink option and follow the steps on the screen. Please note that it only works if the mobile phone is connected to the same network as the DVR.

      2. also to be able to unlink I need the password of this device, the user only remembers having set a security pattern, but no passwords. Do you have a default password?? how can i view it?

  5. Good afternoon. I have a VIZZIO DVR model 04Qk1, series 135186642. I bought it at the Madrid Center store and managed to configure it to monitor the cameras via cell phone. Some time later (months) it stopped working through the cell phone and only through the computer I can view the cameras. What do I have to do to make it work again through the cell phone. Is there any unlock or recovery password that has to be used at the time of configuration?
    I've tried all the passwords I use and none of them worked,. The most I can get is a response saying that it was not possible to connect. Thank you for your help in this regard.

      I received your photo in the email. On the login screen, double click on the bottom left corner., a new screen will appear with the complete serial number and a space for the security code. Use the code from the link below. It is valid for the date 26/07/23.

      2. I managed to reset but I can't change the phone number because it is linked to the old account.

        I sent the error photo by email.

        It asks for the old admin password apparently because I type the new one and it doesn't work.

          sure. To unlink the DVR from this other account, your cell phone must be connected to the same modem/router as the DVR. When you are on the same network and do all the procedure of adding the DVR to your account, the option to unlink the equipment from the old account will appear.
          Remembering that the cell phone and the DVR have to be connected to the same router.

  9. I have the VIZZION VZ DVR-04F1 and I can't unlink the old cell phone number. I want to have control over my new cell phone with a new number, I can't do anything because it's linked to the old number that I no longer have access to. This device does not work perfectly anymore. I have already tried to unlink the previous application but it gives an error: operation failure 102060. Can you help me ?

      sure. You need to connect the cell phone to the same router/modem that the DVR is connected to.. done that, you start the unlinking process and follow the steps.

      If the problem continues let me know, to find another solution.
