YouTube will launch (launched) nine versions for nine countries. One such country is the Brazil (others do not matter :)), the new versions have the fully translated site content and eventually deliver the specific popular index of the country. the new locations will be provided as an option to all YouTube users.
Another new feature for users is that YouTube officially launched YouTube Remixer, a new service that allows users to edit their videos, simple things like: place text, graphs or audio. You can also create transitions between one scene and another. YouTube Remixer is nearly identical to Photobucket tool; both developed by Adobe Premiere Express.
For while YouTube Remixer will be used more for those who just want to have fun, because to make an enhanced edition, it is best to resort to professional software
