In some cases, customers do not access the system often, only when something happens and you have to get an important image, and it is then that discovers forgotten password. Or for any errors in the system, the password created no longer works.
One of the most practical ways to solve this problem is to access the DVR system, through Telnet, and delete any password that has been created, thus leaving the DVR system with the default password from the factory. If you do not know the default password of your equipment click on here.

Hello, I own a DVR which says model- APR 8106, when I try to enter the DVR reports “SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, CONTACT ENGINEERING.
Passwords I switched, and I've tried all possible.
By telnet says it was not possible to connect the door 23, not me trying another port configured.
