    1. Good afternoon,

If the DVR does not support access by p2p / cloud, you have to do port forwarding on your network, the modem / router.

    1. Good afternoon,

Try using the same data used in the old account, or at least the same email for password recovery, because many accounts are migrated to Hik-Connect System.

  6. What removed hiddns function is very sad. It really worked perfectly, without any delays that can not be said about p2p. Now hik-conekt is essentially the same cloud server which does not always work as I would like. Hopefully hikvision think over something and return hiddns I would be very happy.

  8. As complicated installer having to ask for an email account each client to create a user record, takes longer, also sometimes it does not arrive in time verification code to the email. I'm a fan of per Hikvision Hikvision unfortunately this decision has led me to start installing Dahua, It is much faster and easier configuration through p2p, without records or delays, as it was before Hik, a shame.

    regards.
